it is important now more than ever, that we as individuals take actions that are embodied in our creative truth. your creative energy and process is crucial to protect because you're protecting your authenticity and sovereignty. in a world full of distractions, it is not a coincidence that so many creatives are depleted and confused. we must remember who we really are to create something better for ourselves!

ASHLEE is a bright beam of joy and positivity. she has a special way of lighting up a space and filling it with laughter, which is something that is incredibly needed and valued, especially in the context of the creative industries.

sometimes we can feel like our creativity puts us in an emotionally vulnerable place, and it is important to allow yourself to explore these deep and emotional passages as it is essentially the essence of where our art forms its meaning. however, it is also highly important that we embed our experience of creativity in the frequency of joy.

i title this episode "medicine of joy", so we can connect with this beautiful energy through ASHLEE.

JAY is a multidimensional and innovative creative being. his desire to genuinely explore the creative process has rewarded him with a unique creative identity and producing beautiful bodies of expression.

creatives like JAY are important because they expand beyond the ways humans seek comfort in categories and help transform our definitions. innovators reach out into unknown realms and uncover resources that allow us all to build within new creative parameters. and i think JAY is doing a great job in following this seemingly instinctual part of himself.

SOLO is a creative being who is unapologetically oriented to his own passion. ever since i met him, it was obvious that his authenticity shines through in his pursuit of creation.

SOLO has been someone i've needed to meet because he was the example that showed me how to relax more about my creative process. the overthinking, self-judgement and being too controlling about how creativity wants to express itself, actually made me feel resentment and i disconnected from my gifts because for a long time everything felt stagnant.

i know i'm not the only person SOLO has had effects on, so today we honour him!!! a beautiful embodiment of pure creativity without an agenda!

THE PEACE DEALER has been an important reflection to me through astrology and his example. the readings i've had with him allowed me to accept certain unconventional and magical aspects of myself, which has truly helped build my confidence.

around 2017 i had a reading with him and i said that i just have this deep feeling i'm going to be influential in the music industry. and he responded "the world!!". i was tryna be humble when i said "music industry", but it was a feeling i've had since i was a young child.

getting confirmations like this can be so helpful for us in being able to follow what we're passionate about. we have feelings about who we are and what we're meant to do, and at times it can get cloudy navigating that process. especially when there are those of us that are pushing forward new ideas and innovations to the collective.
